Imo a lot of units need maybe a few traits here and there, but what they absolutely need is attack speed and range that's it. you can't ignore that because it doesn't matter how powerful an attack is if you can't hit because he is too slow, case in point green whitebeard, it takes so long to charge that the enemy literally can just walk away from it. Another example of just being slow as balls, is izo and wholecake sanji. Wholecake sanji has the slowest normal attacks I've ever seen, it feels like slowmotion and the range is horrendous. You can't play him because of how slow he is. For izo i simply don't understand, he uses guns but the bullets speed is trash, it would be the same speed if he threw it by hand, the enemy can just walk away from it and not get hit. The range is also trash, like come on its a gun, the bullet shoud be fast and have good range. Every gun user shoud be fast. So yeah attack speed and range is the most important imo.

omg i agree but i didn’t want to end up making a 5 hour video on how bad some of the normal attack mechanics are for some of these units 😭 I main’d as Izo for a really long time so what you said resonated with me that much more! There should be a fairly universal standard on how fast normals are, and cause like you said characters like WholeCake Sanji or Old Whitebeard are just completely unplayable.
