I got the clamshell 2.5 years ago and it’s been very reliable. My only regret is not buying the fusion. At the time, I didn’t know that I wanted to make the investment into the Fusion, but I wish I would have. The clam is very hard for me to line things up. Yes, I could buy the Fusion and keep the clam (because I also have the lower heat platen), but I wish you guys made a bolt on add on drawer platen for the clam. Even at $500 bucks, it would be less than buying a new Fusion (for those who are happy with a clam), and still not cut into Fusion sales because there are other features beyond the drawer that customers like. Something to think about…
