Recently I started to collect pokemon cards again. I bought 3 obsidian flame packs and the first one I opened, I got a double pull, full art secret rare bellibolt and pawmot ex. I also got a legendary darkrai and a victini ex. Crazy right!

I'd say it's at this point that pokemon is literally dropping their ratios on card rarety to capitolise on the market. The resell scene is disgustingly high in price, however, with scarcety comes value, but also lowers the odds of someone actually buying cards, because they can just pay for someone else to have done the hard work instead of taking the gamble. Now fix this problem by increasing the likelihood that someone will actually pull the card in a booster box, and immediately the sales increase as now its not a stupid high risk and guarantees rare pulls. They'll increase their internal profits massively and also decrease resellers trying to maximise their markets.
