I want to thank you both for this eye opening project that has deeply inspired me. For years, I have thought about doing a project like taking an old road tractor cab and installing it on a late model 80-90's truck frame but now I see what you are doing and is much more interesting an idea to create something unique looking. Now I am on the hunt for the right bodies to work with.

Evening Chad, a few episode back you were talking about putting the body on the floor and tracing it out. At the big box Dollar store that we are all familiar with around here, if you go to the wrapping paper section they have rolls of brown paper, was thinking it would be less expensive to use that instead of the Bristol board. Wouldn't be much good for designing floor panels in the car but maybe good for doing designing stuff on the garage floor or something. If ya know what I mean! Got me best clothes on for this wedding, gonna be killer when the cab is on there. Keep at her and stay hydrated, gonna be warm week ahead. Next week spose to be hot hot hot

I think you need to add fluid in your hoist by the looks of things. btw build yourself a Gantry Crane for jobs like this! They don't cost much to build and they will save you massive time in the long run a lot of less headaches. It will save your back and your health. jeez man, this is painful to watch, but She should look cool when its done. Actually when my wife and I got married, we had a very small wedding and a small party afterwards. The next day, we took off on our honeymoon. Went to Mediterranean on a boat cruise for two weeks. It was our wedding not anyone else's. That's how I looked at it, so that is what we did instead of spending $40,000 on a huge Wedding Reception.

If its too big to get inside the shop, you might want to make some temporary tiny wheels out of plywood. You get the car finished up to installing the drive train. (You would run the risk of people calling the car "The Flintstonemobile".)

CHADDYY CHADDY CHADDY, Change the lift point of the 36 brother !!! at 44:20 you took wood OUT. If you lifted the 36 Cab on each side and slid another piece IN - on each side, or one long peice all the way right through it would lift the whole 36 Cab higher and fix your clearance issues with the hoist. I thought you almost had that solution figured out but you went the other way and let the tyres down and started adding weight to the mercury.

A hermaphrodite isn't a hermaphrodite if their anatomical parts are not in the right place if they have a males parts where they are supposed to be but a vagina on their side then they are just a person who mostly absorbed their twin sister in the womb and not a hermaphrodite the same applies to matching 2 vehicles together look at the position of the A-pillar of the visually appealing drawing and look where you actually placed the top part get it out from under the lift and look at it from the side it just doesn't look right. I'll probably get reported for this comment but I don't care the Truth is the Truth.
