Happy World Hypnobirthing Day 💫 It’s hypnobirthing day everyday around here so today feels like the perfect day to celebrate 🥳
I created The Birth Chapter for all the women who wanted straight-talking hypnobirthing. Who wanted evidence-based information alongside tools and techniques to keep calm in labour and reduce fear. I put all of my midwifery knowledge and combined it with what I learned training to be a hypnobirthing practitioner and The Birth Chapter online course was born.
But today is about celebrating. Take a moment to acknowledge how incredible you are for doing this birth prep for you and your baby. You really are stacking the odds in your favour for a smoother birth and postpartum period and I am SO proud of you.
