They dont ask you technical questions anymore. Everyone uses the behavior model to base their questions. You get questions like, discuss one of your challenging moments, and how u overcame that situation. They ask dumb psychological questions.

Oh you will be surprise how many people come to us with not knowing tech questions and failed interview but they were really good at behavioral questions, it is true many will start with that but in IT jobs we some times have multiple rounds and it will have tech round if they are going to check little hands-on experience,.
