Most people who will watch this video are preparing for their first role in IT support. You answer these questions as if the individual has years of experience already. The last question for instance, you're giving an answer using experience from a previous role. In the context of teaching viewers the interviewing process, that's not a good example for that question, because why would anyone watch this guide if they already have some experience in IT support?
