I’m lying in bed right now, in the middle of a nasty flare up. It’s the worst one I’ve had in many a year, and watching this really helped. It made me feel not so alone. By the end I felt more hopeful, more accepting of what I’m going through and a bit less anxious. Thank you so much Sacha, and everyone else who was involved in creating this. As Ted Lasso would say: I appreciate y’all!

I was the same when I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease age 21 I was given steroids and some others thinking after this course of drugs I would be fine and stop shitting untold times a day😬 being so washed out all the time and no energy 🙃 nobody explain the side effects steroids on your body and mental help I was on steroids for 10-years I am 58 now. stress and getting over tired is the worst thing brings on all my symptom you need to eat healthy as well as finding out what keeps you happy and stress free I love to sing that helps me deal with my Crohn's And my anxiety what goes with disease 🎤🎵🎶

Hi Sacha, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I have been diagnosed three weeks ago with Crohns disease, prescribed steroids and waiting for the IBD clinic to get in touch. I am still trying to get my head around it and your video helped so much. Would you mind to share your experience with steroids, I am scared of the side effects and postponing to start the course. Thanks so much for this. I've had UC for nearly 20 years and your story resonates so strongly. The denial of the condition and relief once I started being more open about talking to people about it was particularly familiar. And love your work. :)
