Lol, you hit it on the spot. Everybody and there brother is selling courses. Iv5 been around for many years. I see someone starting a KZbin channel they just are getting started in pressure washing. All of a sudden after a few months they are selling courses. Watching someone who has been in business for a long time is beneficial. I do pressure washing a long with some painting and renovation. What I can tell people is on the job training is the best course you can ever have. The more you do something the better you get at it. There is no course out there that is going to turn you into a money making machine. It takes time and dedication.

The only ones saying this industry isn’t saturated are the ones selling the equipment and courses, we all know who these youtube guys are. 4 of them to be exact lol. Only PW KZbinr to tell you the truth. Exactly right you see these youtube gurus do more teaching on stuff than actual work. Theres a reason for that. Because it makes more money than the actual business once you understand that you wont be tricked and can make smarter decisions. Im looking into parking lot stripping as well because everyone has a PW now and everyone is trying to make 10k a month as promised 😂 i just want my bills paid and my business running. Ypur not going to become w millionaire unless you become multi facetted real estate, books, etc. but like he said it takes time.

For what it’s worth I agree with what you’re saying but when it comes to being over saturated the market will always correct itself. If too many people get in the wash game in due time enough of them will go out of business to balance everything out again.

I disagree. Biden has let in over 7 million illegals and they are taking over parking lot striping and power washing. The Federal Government allows them to pay taxes now. I can’t find anyone here in Houston to work for my maid service unless they’re illegal. They will be killing prices all over the nation soon and that’s a fact.

Probably not, there will always be new washer coming it...this is not a great full time business for most areas as the cost of startup is too cheap. Anyone can come up with the money to start pressure washing.

this is my third year of pressure washing full-time. This man is correct. It takes time to get your name out there unless you start out with a boat load of money. Only now after 3 years. I feel like the phone rings as It should . Mainly word to mouth. Good work and some light marketing .. and proper equipment is key .. 🔑
