When you say that is a blessing and a curse, I think that's how he felt(i don't know if he still feels that way)for many years. He always seems so hard on himself. Last concert he forgot about a bit of the choreo(bc he was doing Jin's part when Jinnie was injured)and instead of panicking, he just laughed it off. It's just a tiny thing he did but it means so much to us to think that maybe he made peace with himself.

Make no mistake, Jungkook works his ass off…It looks like it all comes easily to him (and some things do of course), but he puts so much effort into everything he does…Like singing, yes, he was born with a great singing voice, but the sound he produces now is the result of his natural talent, plus many thousands of hours of practice and development that he has done on himself over the years. Same with dancing, yes he is a great dancer, but he works really really hard on his body to get fit, strong, and increase his endurance, and he practices dance again and again…I don’t think he takes rapping as seriously as he does singing, but when he knows he has to rap, I’m pretty sure he practices until he is comfortable and happy with his performance because that is the kind of performer he is - and he has rapped enough, and he knows the songs well enough that if he does an impromptu performance and raps, he nails it every time. It does him a great disservice to discount the work and effort he puts into it. Yes, he has amazing gifts, but he has developed them to the point where he is a world class singer/dancer/performer. I think art/drawing is something that again, he has a natural talent for, but he has spent time creating art both as a child and as a teen/adult, and he has improved and is really impressive. He naturally has excellent aim, so when he does archery or throws darts, he is already better than the average person, same with running - he is quick, and he is strong and fit, so put him up against an average person and he will kill it - and maybe if he had time to put in the hours, he could be a sprinter, but he has other priorities, so he is happy with his level of ability…I think he has been blessed with some awesome natural abilities, and he has taken the time to develop the ones he is passionate about, and put in enormous effort to grow his talent, and now, he doesn’t really have anyone who comes close to him, and he has remained the same humble, sweet, kind and respectful man that his parents and hyungs raised. And of course, he is beautiful…😂😂🤷‍♂️ And we haven’t spoken about how smart he is!! Just my two cents opinion…💜💜

@@missheju169 yes, of course - I think I said he already had a great aim when it came to archery and darts, he started off better than the average person, then you add his athletic ability, his fitness, his arm strength and steady hands, and his competitive spirit, and you have someone who is way better than “normal” people at things that require physical ability. Something that requires a different set of abilities, like word games, or backgammon, or chess, might not be in his wheelhouse - although he could be a chess grandmaster, I don’t know, I’m just using it as an example. Jungkook is undoubtedly naturally gifted with physical talents, but he is also gifted with an indomitable spirit that pushes him to give everything he has and work his tushie off to be the very best he can be at the things he loves, which are singing and dancing and performing. I think he puts effort into other stuff (like learning instruments, for example), but I don’t think he has the same passion for those things so he doesn’t pour his whole heart and soul into it. 💜💜

this video is very well put together because they also showed the sad part about the title which is him always being very self critical. i think that aspect has to to do with his overall personality but he has said before that although he's thankful for the "golden maknae title", it also puts a lot of pressure on him. since he has that title people have really high standards for him so imagine the amount of pressure he has all the time to do well in litteraly everything he does? he's a perfectionist by nature yes but that title adds extra pressure on him. he's insanely talented, i've been an army for years and i kid you not, every once in a while jungkook amazes me all over again; he learns a new skill or improves certain areas of his craft and he just keeps on getting better, growing as a person and as an artist. he never settles down, he's always trying to evolve. i think that's the biggest reason why he's just so talented in everything he does because although he's indeed naturally talented in a lot of things, he also is an extremely hard working person and he puts in a lot of work in everything he does. sure some things might come to him naturally but he never takes it for granted, he always wants more, he has a lot of ambition and his passion for his craft is truly admirable.

36:53 crazy thing about this clip specifically is that this is actually after they performed their first full online live concert for mots lol so this is jungkook after a full concert but when everyone left .. he stayed bc he wanted to run through his solo stage and see where he made mistakes or wasn’t happy with the dance or moves and jk actually choreographed most of his dance for “my time,” and it’s the sexiest dance they’ve ever had him do lol but I think knowing that is a huge deal… my time is so much more difficult to sing than people really understand.. his melodic rap with his vocal parts but a lot of hard isolations with smooth slower moves but he’s jumping and spinning in his dance a lot of the time in a challenging vocal performance and jungkook sings the most raw live with no effects or anything.. he’s just always been like that… so he actually changed a bit of the choreo from day one to day two in the dance break part but made it more difficult lol but his day 2 performance was si much more hard hitting and smooth… even though day one was fire af. He’s got high standards and just always wants to do his best
