Maybe leave the puppies eyes alone until some age where for sure for sure you are certain it's ok to take it away. Human females are intelligent and perfectionists, but what about the poor dog. Save the dog with whatever and then leave em alone :). Does the eye that was going to be removed really completely useless to him? I didn't know we had the medical science to see what a dog sees 100%. I heard some dogs aren't completely color-blind. They tell me all snakes are blind, I believe it doesn't really matter...
