It took me Years to perfect this Vanilla Cake recipe ! 3 inches tall

500g Flour
500g butter
500g Sugar
10 Eggs
2tbsp Baking Powder
1 Cup milk
2tsp Vanilla flavour
½ tsp cream of tartar

I want to ask ,can cream of tartar act as preservatives and make the cake last in normal room temperature for like 2 days ? Or can I add like a tsp of preservatives like calcium propotionate

Cream of tartar is not a preservative, and the cake can even last up to 5days outside the fridge
