I think the reason they’re even able to bring this to court is because it wasn’t at his house or in his house. When he stepped onto public property, it became a matter of self defense on public property. That opens a whole new plethora of necessary evidence. Like, proving he was still in danger, proving he was, indeed, defending himself, etc. if it moved away from the home, it shows an attempt to “flee” the residence without having caused harm first. I still believe it should be an open and shut case. Just a matter of the law and criteria that must be met to meet the requirements for it to fall within the law.

The 4 men WERE NOT driving away. 1 of them was in the passenger seat pointing a gun behind the non tinted windshield. Knowing the behind the scenes of how they work, I don't think everyone agrees with this, or this might be literally for show. I think the D.A. might of got a call from the higher up's, to do this. I wld be worried if they went for 2nd or 3rd degree, even manslaughter, but they know no jury going to convict him of first degree. The over charged him to lose on purpose
