@@user-br4tb7en1l again, as an actual person who makes my living in sales, that type of fun banter happens ALL the time. Some of us make at least 100 calls a day so funny/ entertaining back and forth like that is common and helps the day go by but 9 times out of 10 that person isn't buying or at least they aren't convinced to make such an important and expensive intangible purchase just from that. But with this, i do advise new sales agents to use those type of calls to get referrals. They may not buy but since they like you they'll give u the contact info for people they know who may buy. That's free for them.
