Named my second daughter Kirra after this beach. First daughter name was Oceania but she unfortunately passed away at 6 months old from complications after birth that she just couldn’t beat. As you can tell I named my children off things I love. The ocean and the beach. Had to show you daughter Kirra this video since unfortunately we have never made it to Australia. Maybe one day we will get there from the east coast of USA .

What has happened to Kirra over the last 5-10 years, as far as sandbars go?? I remember that people said the beach was a "sandy desert" and that all the superbank sand had choked up Kirra and it was only surfable on the biggest days. Looks pretty awesome now! Anyone have insight?
