When I retired I bought a new set of irons with steel shafts and developed golfer's elbow. I went back to graphite shafts and have not had any trouble since. You might try graphite for the elbow.

Jon , i wanted to say this on your announcement video and forgot ! DO NOT EAT ASHLEY'S LEFTOVERS ! Lol When my wife was pregnant , she gained 20 pounds ? I gained 50 !! She would only eat half of her food and i was raised in "don't waste food era" . Lol I went from 165 to 215 . My wife went from 98 to 116 i think ? After she had our daughter , she went back to 105 . I stayed at 215 ! So , when she was pregnant with our son , i threw alot of food away . Didn't want to go to 260 pounds 😂😂

Golf cart for 1600 is def an amazing deal. You could’ve doubled or tripled your money fairly easily. And, John needs to get rid of the long, looks like I shit my pants shorts, and embrace the shorter inseam shirts these days. I have 16 and 13 year old boys and they clowned me hard until I went with it and love the 7”-8” inseam shorts now. Just rip the bandaid off. Love your vids and congrats on the baby!

Jon get you some KT tape for your golfers elbow! It has worked wonders for me! I was wearing that same band that you are wearing in this video and It did not do anything for my situation. I could barely golf until I found KT tape just tried it on a whim and boy does it make my elbow feel amazing. Zero pain can play 36 holes without feeling any jolts and soreness. Just a suggestion brother and Congrats on the pregnancy you two!!

Hey Jon, A physical therapist told me to sleep with a wrist brace on to help my tennis elbow. I tend sleep with the back of my hand under my chin and that pulled on the tendons going to the elbow. The brace/spling held my hand cocked back and relaxed the tendons. Worked for me.

Actually had Olecranon bursitis in my left elbow earlier this year. Definitely played golf like a week later. A lot of ice and used a compression sleeve for the elbow for about 3 weeks
