I like how coaching is apportioning the talent. Front loading your best scorers, one day they fall behind overlooking their opponent (inevitable human nature), it's unfair asking glue guys to come in, hit 3's, and make a run. Whereas, you want some guys to get it going early, a time when you could afford some mistakes, because you have tnt on your bench just waiting to go off. Plus, your best lineup closes, which could change from game to game, keeping a tactical advantage and your opponent guessing.
