Sierra has the makings of accomplished entertainer. Her style and voice is remember of yesterday's which now with the older generation is a fond memory.. Should she stay with this sound and older style , she may not achieve the notarity that she could by performing her current style. I know it's hard to not conform to the " modern style " of music. They all sound the same, but there is a place of acknowledgement you just got to keep trying. Sierra, does have a voice like Dolly Pardon.. KEEP WORKING ON IT

Passable and dutiful cover. This should be a song that Sierra grabs by the scruff of the neck and let her earnest hillbilly roots shine, instead I get the feeling she’s kind of going through the motions. If you take a shot at one of the queens of country musics signature songs, you best not miss and this is definitely a miss. Like her Opry performance, this is more NPR than old WSM. Her endearing rough edges have become far too polished.

That guy is Chris Scruggs and he plays bass in Marty Stuart's band. He is one of the best guitar players you will ever see and the only reason he plays bass with Marty Stuart is because he'd make Marty and Kenny look like buskers (kidding. Mostly.) But seriously, Chris Scruggs is honky tonk royalty. And this was filmed at American Legion Post 82 in Nashville, where every Tuesday is Honky Tonk Tuesday. They take their traditional country music very seriously and you never know who might show up.
