I really like when you said that the truck wouldn't leave you until it drove straight down the road. Some shops go with right by the specs only, not by what the truck does.

I ordered a Bob hand to help when taking interest for the inspections at the shop. 1st week was having Bob point to the items of the vehicle that were bad. Sold alot more services. When you got a big red hand pointing to control arm bushings that are fully torn. Let's them know that's real bad. Devon is by far the best frame bender I ever seen. Dude is epic on all things heavy duty

Awesome video. Last time that was explained so I understood was the 1980s and then I got an easier job, climbing up the steep spires on buildings doing copper shingles and trim. Its always great when u get a one and done, Normal people don't realize how important experience is in this field. Sometimes its a good educated guess but most of the time we know for sure. just a couple of pointers, maybe you do these but just didnt show it, measure the front axle for set back first thing, two use the split toe screen, the axle moves 1/32 from road force resistance, if you dont have the exact toe in each tire, both toe sides will be off, a example would be if the left tire has zero toe and the right tire has the 1/16 to make total toe, when driving the left tire would be toed out 1/32 and the right tire will be toed in 1/32 and not zero that is desired.

I wish I had you here in eastern Ontario Canada to do my alignments.. jackasses up here never test drive anything. Just go by whatever the beeps on their machines say and call it good.. too many times I've picked up a truck from alignment and steering wheel more than 90° off and or dog tracking down the road..

I've never aligned a tractor. Well. I've set the Toe on a 47 2N. LOL. I did run a Hunter. I set the toe using the Machine. One Issue I had to deal with was the slide Plates getting dirty and sticking. I'm wondering what your slides look like inside.

Check your caster angles. Most of the time they do not have enough. 1 to 1.5 more will help.

You are suppose to use a torque wrench pulling on it. It’s harder to over pull one than over push one.

Toe settings are huge i fix garage trucks they run 315 80 22.5 anything under 1/8th is good no ailment rack just on the shop floor can be a real nightmare at time camel backs or walking beams in back driving in a landfill is no help on them
