Don't buy land in 600 square feet, it's a total waste. All land promoters sell land by showing a lower price and offering plots of 600 square feet. However, such plots will never be useful for constructing a good house. It's better to buy an apartment instead. If you're buying land, opt for a minimum of 1500 square feet or more. Don't just look at the price and purchase this type of substandard property. I understand that many might argue it's only about the budget, but it's better not to waste money on a 600-square-foot plot.
