Caterina I made these cookies to add to my xmas cookie trays. Easy to make and they taste delicious. I made 2 sizes. I followed your recipe and 1/2 the recipe I made them smaller. I also dipped some cookies in chocolate. Thanks again for sharing Next cookie recipe is lemon twist cookies ❤

Hi Caterina, I made these cookies with extra half cup of AP flour and and an extra 1/4 cup of confectioners sugar as I wanted them to be crunchy. They turned out great! I have also tried your almond cookie that you made in this episode and they out great too! Thank you for sharing these two recipes!
