Dude I just spent 2 hours reading and watching people spread false information. A bike article said" the right side is prone to loosening" I knew it's the left side that needs some light locktite. Thank you so much for making it simple. Subbed & Liked! Putting Hollowtech on my Pinarello 😊

Cool! Thanks! I try really hard to make sure what I share is correct. But, we all make mistakes, I suppose! Once I put some seals in backward and felt really stupid. I was able to sort of edit around it and use words to explain the installation instead of pictures, but I felt pretty stupid. It’s hard to get it perfect 100% of the time! Thanks for subscribing. I may create a new channel dedicated exclusively to cycling. Still thinking! It’s a big job to build a channel!

@@user-rc6dw5go7p I’m pretty sure I will. Growing a channel is a lot of work, but I love cycling and I get tired of seeing bad info. BTW, thank you for watching and subscribing. If I can help you with your channel, let me know.

@@brian.d.mobley Great idea, I know it would help a lot of people getting into biking, just like DIY bike maintenance and repair. My pleasure and thank you I will 🙂

Hi Robert! Thanks so much!! Im about to do a new one one installing a SRAM crank in a BB30 (TREK) bottom bracket. I am going to start a new channel specific to cycling too, so I will have a lot more stuff coming.

@@brian.d.mobley Good news, there are plenty of channels out there that do cycling specific videos but your video is spot on, short, sharpe and to the point! Looking forward to more 👌🏻

thanks big help, i hope i fix the screeching of my italian bb

Screeching is probably due to faulty bearings.

Hey Brian, do you know of any good Italian thread square taper brackets? I'm trying to update an old biancho piaggio to fit my sugino 75s
@brian.d.mobley3 жыл бұрын
Hey Mark! Not that are currently produced. But I could be wrong. I don’t really look for those. An internet search could yield something, but I’m just not 100% sure. Sorry I’m not of more help. Thank you for your comment and for watching.

i still dont understand what frame is compatible with rhis BB ITA 30, can you explain? thanks
@brian.d.mobley4 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure how best to explain that. But, the easiest way to find out about any bottom brackets compatibility with a particular bike frame is to research the manufacturers website. There are just too many variables to provide a list like that in this video.
@NeoPayneHK3 жыл бұрын
you dont need to understand just make sure what BB standard on the frame which you going to buy then find out/ check out what standard/type/kind crankset you are using/going to buy see if they (frame BB standard and crankset) are compatible or not
