To be honest i kinda agree... They are very hit and miss. The tier 4 is amazing but the 3 and the ones before that are trash. I like the addition to the game, I just think that overall they're a bit underwhelming... Thanks for the comment!! Feel free to drop me a cheeky like!! XD :)
