I love everything about this man, his unkempt hair, his fierce eyebrows, his thin mustache, and of course his accent! 🥰

Glad I found you on KZbin, great video, very brave to answer some of those questions. Keep spreading the culture, and the purity of the food, so many people on KZbin try to make Italian food differently, just stay with traditional ways, you will go far. Dio benedica il mio amico 🇮🇹

Keep doing you dear! Love your videos. I’m a 63 year old lady that always loved to cook and bake. I started getting burnt out. You have given me a bit of an interest again. Thank you.

Lots of love Marco! I love your recipes and more so that they are what you ate at home and your mom’s recipes. Home cooking, basic, easy and it makes me want to try them instead of seeing something too complicated that I won’t do. ❤❤

@ you are so sweet. I live in Texas on a ranch in a rural area, I don’t have many options and cook a lot at home and if a recipe is too complicated I’m not going to do it. But everything you fix is so simple and delicious and quick. ❤️

first of all, everything I try to cook turns out shit so I am not a good cook by any means but Chef Marco is a true artist, everything I've seen him make looks fantastic and delicious. Coupled with being one of the most beautiful men I've ever seen, I bet he could make a fortune off OnlyFans!

Magari proprio a Guardiagrele.

Superb video. Lots of good information. In Italy, the American soldiers’ meal of powdered eggs and bacon was not carbonara. And it was not called carbonara. Carbonara came about at the trattoria Da Cesaretto alla Cisterna in Trastevere in Rome. The first published reference in Italy to carbonara was in July 1950 in a newspaper in Turin. Italian chefs never, ever used bacon. No one should use bacon. Guanciale first, but if need be, pancetta is okay to use. And your comment about parmigiano-reggiano is perfect. American, British, or Australian “parmesan” is not true parmigiano-reggiano, especially the terrible “parmesan” from Wisconsin.
