I just found your channel and God bless you for doing this. I hope you realize that you are making instructional videos that are not only showing us now how an Italian Grandma makes classic Italian dishes but it's going to be showing people for hundreds of years as well!!! In 400 years someone is going to make Tiramisu while watching this video! It just blows my mind, and God bless youtube as well because if you do a few searches you can find Chinese Grandmas, Lebanese Grandmas, every ethnicity with a cooking channel....Amazing times we're living in...

This is the best recipe of tiramisù I've learned, because the eggs are pasteurized, not raw as in the common recipes. Nonna Gina is absolutely great.

I'm singing alot now because of you. Your an awesome grandma. I wish I could HUG you. !! I want to be loving and kind like you . My mom died 20 years ago My grandma died over 45 years ago. I guess I forgot how much love they had. When I cane hine fringe school I went to grandmas and she feed me a big bowl of soup and fresh bread. Loving just like you I like to can my tomatoes this year. My memory has ingrained your beautiful caned red tomatoes. Thank you for all you do to teach us, if I live to be 100 I wont forget you.

Made this for my wife (and myself) this past weekend for her birthday. It turned out absolutely PERFECT! We're still eating it 3 days later and it has held up (no separation of the cream). Gina: I made this this weekend. Followed you step by step. Except I saw you use two containers of mascarpone cheese. I used two as well but they were only 1/2 pound containers. Came out great all the same. I didn't relies my mistake till latter. Wonderful! Thank you so much. My family enjoyed it. I even sang a bit while making it.
