I just found your channel and God bless you for doing this. I hope you realize that you are making instructional videos that are not only showing us now how an Italian Grandma makes classic Italian dishes but it's going to be showing people for hundreds of years as well!!! In 400 years someone is going to make Tiramisu while watching this video! Gina: I made this this weekend. Followed you step by step. Except I saw you use two containers of mascarpone cheese. I used two as well but they were only 1/2 pound containers.
