I love the idea of little ones "helping" in the kitchen. My daughter and I would have cookie making days and she even had her own apron, rolling pin, her special container of sprinkles, (assorted sprinkles that we collected after decorating her cookies) and her very own baking pan and cookie cutters. These were delicious. Not too sweet and went really well with my peppermint tea that had lemon and honey in it. The only thing I messed up on was shaping the balls--I made them too big and the entire tops of my cookies were chocolate, while the entire bottom was vanilla. Still delicious though, so thank you :) My mother is quite picky about cookies (especially sweet ones), but she enjoyed these.
