Just saw your channel love it I was blessed my grandparents came through Ellis Island from Calerbia Italy and I grew up with them in NY. Kids today will never be able experience that. Pazzo means "Crazy" in literal Italian. the Il La Le Lei articles don't exist in Sicilian or Napolitano --"u Bazz " comes from PAZZO -- Citruolo is a Cucumber

Sicilian is not Italian

This is not even Sicilian! Sicilian never drops the final vowels from words. This sounds more like Neapolitan. The correct Sicilian words are scimunitu, citrolu, musciatu, lu (‘u) pazzu, etc.

Exactly ! The words have been Americanized the Bronx way . Very low class way of speaking the language.
