Very good job but I would suggest making the probability of some events a little more accurate such as the Austrian-Hungarian somehow blitzing it to Rome when their army IRL was almost as incompetent as the Ottomans

They were Supported by Germans. Remember, The Austro-Hungarian Army Commanders were so incompetent that OHL( The German Army Command) Took over their Army Command

Later in the war, the Habsburg armies became increasingly organized under the German high command, and thus, their organization improved. The Habsburg army was not of a poor quality, it just had organizational issues, largely at the top, that became less of a liability as Germany enforced more organization. The same was true of the Ottomans. The Central Powers just became overwhelmed by the resources and manpower of the Entente by the war’s end. Otherwise, it is easy to argue that their militaries had the finest organization. Surely, it would be disingenuous to claim that the Habsburg military was much worse off than the French, or certainly the Russian. I’d argue that the Bulgarian army actually had a greater degree of structural competency than all three, in spite of its size. Bulgaria just lacked the strength of an empire.

There is one minor example that would not have created much diffrence in the war but Sweden was counting on joining the war with Germany. But they had such a weak army and their people was starving so yeah. They wanted to invade Finland since it got captured by the Russians 1800 Napoleonic wars

What always was strange about the Kaiserreich scenario is why Germany didn’t intervene in the socialist revolutions? They would’ve gotten possible puppets out of it and wouldn’t really be opposed, though that would make Germany too op
