I don't intend the following as a negative towards the seller, at all. It's just that I'm watching this absolute slice of paradise unfold from a shoddy track house that is quite literally falling apart, whilst it parallels a major interstate in Southern California, and for the life of me can't figure out why anyone would leave. that's a nice property, indeed ,which has been cared of nicely. All the vistas are stunning and breath-taking. At the moment, I have similar ones to Monte Amiata and the Val D'Orcia, but temps around 10°C in the afternoon.... :( so that a fire in the stufa a legno is a bare necessity.
