Pandoro is a Christmas specialty, which from Veneto soon conquered the tables of the whole of Italy. It is a leavened product with a complex preparation, very rich in butter, the eternal rival of Panettone. Its star shape, golden color and delicious texture make pandoro one of the best and most spectacular sweets of Italian Christmas.
