I’ve played since C1S4 (Switch day one) and I have fun hitting the Orange Justice with my fellow Omega skins but for that mild amount of joy I have seeing someone else also have that exclusive stuff, I really would much rather have everyone be able to do it. I always hated exclusivity in this game, and I truly believe that for the future of this game it is extremely important that future players will have access to these iconic pieces of Fortnite’s history. BRs been out for over 7 years now, there are people playing the game now that haven’t even been born before I started playing, (they can’t even play as Spider-Man ffs 😭) and for them and for all the unfortunate people who didn’t buy/complete a bp, I one hundred percent believe that all of them should come back.

I'm glad you said that no one doesn't even run those old battlepass skins. Let's be honest how many people do you even see that run them? Most of the time, people just use stuff from the item shop more than anything else. And sure, you will see a few from the battlepass every once in a while. "After their season" and "during their season" is not the same wording. This question was just for future bp because they wanted to make sure people were on board because not everyone was. Seasons are not a loophole because it's monthly. It will not be the same, no recurring events as well. They also promoted their old stuff as exclusive, which is why they said stuff from here on out will no longer be exclusive, but old stuff will not return. They also started to remix skins like Deadpool, Wolverine, Iron Man, and Dr. Doom. They said they started to do this to eventually make up for locking certain skins they know are locked forever, one day making the actual fat Peter Griffin and so on. If they go back on this, they would have not only lied but made many people pay for skins that they didn't need to because the old ones would return. You guys also seem to forget even tho you literally said it in your last video is that everything is being moved into that new file. The Og galaxy skin is in that file, and it will not return. Every limited time exclusive is in it $60 - $1000 skins will not be returning. Your example of Predator will be remixed and brought back in a different and possibly a better design. If they do this this will also be unfair to you Italk. You lost your account because of black knight and now if they do bring it back your ban wouldn't make sense. If they do this it wouldn't make sense to keep you banned and many others. It also go completely against what they had a problem with since you technically, legally speaking did nothing wrong since they did bring back old cosmetics themselves anyway.

@@the_boulder_puncher For anyone questioning if it'll come back or not i have a really good explanation, see when you bought the battlepass it gave you an option right? 950 bucks or the 1200 bucks one whichever one you chose it brought you to a next screen to confirm it, on the left side it said a lot of information of what was included in the battlepass, and also a explanation as to WHY you should buy it, it said "Rewards from a battle pass can only be earned in that season, and will not be available later" If they bring this back they will get into legal trouble regardless of what an EULA says (says they can do what ever they want) this is however FALSE advertising and would get into a lot of trouble, The reason why they brought back those battle pass assets was probably for people who bought the battlepass and never finished it, or played during that time and never bought it, they had battlepasses from Ch1 even to the spiderman battlepass so it'll probably be just for people who didnt complete it, i wouldn't expect them to bring back the old ones in the new OG permanent mode bc it wouldn't make sense, they updated like i said the spiderman battlepass, superman, the fortnite crews, those weren't CH1 so it just makes sense it for a new system they're

Honestly I’m 50/50 on this, as someone who has been playing since the beginning, I own every battle pass skin except for the black knight and the only skin I use is the sparkle specialist as it’s my main. Now it would be cool for old battle passes to return for people to get the skins but at the same time I do like having OG skins just so then when people see me in game they are like dam it’s an OG player. But honestly if they bring back old battle passes I wouldn’t mind mostly, I would like a system where they bring back the old passes only for people who had already originally owed the pass but didn’t finish it so we can get a few of the skins we are missing from those passes. I don’t know only time will tell.

I’ve been playing since season 2 but only started buying passes in season 4 and I know I don’t speak for everyone but I’d be completely fine with epic bringing back the old battle passes as long as they do OG edit styles, It feels like a win win. The whole appeal of the old battle pass cosmetics to me is showing off how long ago I played and having. The OG version would still let me do that while also giving new players an opportunity to own some incredibly sought after cosmetics. There’s two main reasons I want the og battlepasses to come back as an og. One I didn’t buy all the battlepasses I could have and I want them and I want other people to get the skins they want, but also it would honestly be hilarious to see all the idiotic ogs cry about losing there “rare” skins. I have a ton of rare og skins that would no longer be rare but it doesn’t matter at all. If other people get to have skins they want they should get them. Also I disagree with the whole extra style for og owners since it basically just does the same thing and doesn’t actually change anything. But sadly I don’t think the og battlepasses will come back because a bunch of crybabies won’t allow it.

I have some of the OG battlepasses and rare skins, but I genuinely want them to bring all the stuff back. All they need to do is up the prices of the skins and I'm okay with it. Battlepasses were sold on the premise of being exclusive. As a ch1 s1 player, I think the best approach would be to let people finish old battlepasses they couldn’t complete and if you played during those seasons, have the ability to purchase them. Collab skins shouldn’t be held exclusive to the battlepasses though, an exception. But I feel like allowing players that weren’t around for this era to purchase those skins would be insulting to the people that stuck around.

I do agree that certain Battle Pass skins (particularly those of Chapter 1, naturally) have a sort of, 'prestige' about them, and it would definitely feel weird seeing them run around all the time. However, I believe it's ultimately for the better that they be accessible for any to obtain, and I think that also as with any cosmetics, you see a HUGE surge of them when they come out / during their given Season, and then it's basically just people who actually *enjoy* the cosmetic.

Since Epic gave unique styles to original Ghoul Trooper and Skull Trooper owners, which were non-season-exclusive skins, it’s likely they’d offer something similar for original owners of early season skins (especially Seasons 1, 2, and maybe 3). The reason I say “earlier” seasons is because Skull Trooper and Ghoul Trooper owners got exclusive styles in 2018 and 2019, whereas other 2017 skins like Nog Ops, Red Nose Raider, and Codename Elf, which reappeared early on, didn’t get any original styles. (Some later skins like Reflex and Paradigm did get exclusive styles, but for different reasons) But i'll be honst, this may not happen due to the effort required to create OG styles for all skins, pickaxes, gliders, etc., from Seasons 1-10. Simple recolors could work for some, but more complex skins, like Sparkle Specialist or even Drift, would require more customization due to things like edit styles or, in sparkle specialists case, the 'disco' reflective material stuff. What I’d expect instead is a remix battle pass with 50 tiers that reimagines themes from those seasons-for instance, red variants of Blue Squire and its female counterpart, or a “Red Knight” using the model of Black Knight (or a black knight version of the red knight that exists currently). This seems more feasible, especially with the seasons only being a month long and the old 100-tier battle pass structure relying on quests that would often take a couple months to finish rather than just XP. TL;DR: I doubt they'll do this - if they do they may give og styles to season 1, 2, 3 but may not for later seasons as they're inconsistent on what they give og styles to - its more likely they'll do remixed battle passes for each season based on their themes given each seasons 1 month only and old bp took months to complete - if they did re-release skins without og styles, they'd probably scrap og styles for all other skins at that point I reckon i.e purple skulltrooper would be given to all owners (just cause of how much controversy this would stir in the com due to inconsistency (i.e skull trooper was never advertised as season exclusive but got a style for original owners))

One thing I haven't seen anyone talk about yet is the old Events from Chapter 1. If they really do bring back the old Battle Passes, I don't see a world where they also wouldn't also bring back the old Events as well. Starting from the end of Chapter 1 Season 4 with the Rocket Event. I think it would be amazing if that happens! It would allow og player to relive the old Events and for newer player to experience them in game and see what made Fortnite so famous years ago.

The skins I want the most in battle pass are Lynx and Rebirth Raven. At least with Lynx there's 3 more that I did get so I kinda don't care for her as much. But for Raven that's legit my most wanted collab skin and if I had known she was in the game I would've grind that season so hard. And I feel there will never be an item shop version of Raven, considering how messy the DC skins have got. Or at least for a long long time. Yeah there are other skins I'd like but Raven is my most wanted one. Re-releasing old Battle Pass and seasonal shop skins wouldn’t kill off account selling and the black market like people think. OG accounts have value beyond just the skins-they have exclusive banners like the Battle Bus banner and a legacy that can’t be replicated by simply re-selling skins. Even if Epic added an OG style to those who originally owned the skins, it’s not the same as having an account with years of history. The black market would likely adapt, with sellers highlighting ‘true OG accounts’ as even rarer. So, while Epic could make a lot of money re-releasing skins, it wouldn’t actually end account selling.

I think another point that isn't get brought up are secret skins. Would they bring those challenges back for the month that the season is around? Would they be exclusive still? We don't really know. Same with edit styles. I don't mind if Omega comes back, but I put so much hours into getting those lights and I love running it because none of my friends have them and it feels special to me. All of the other skins in each battle pass in chapter 1 allowed you to finish off the styles after the season released (other than carbide and omega) so for me personally if any of those styles come back, it's fine by me. Now I don't even think they're gonna bring back old passes, I feel like that would be too much work for epic games to even bother, but who knows, we'll see in a month.

Because of the 50 level mini passes we got during OG and now in remix, i had the idea that the months of the old C1 seasons could do that, splitting the battle pass (at least for S4-X) into 2, meaning they'd make 2 full priced mini passes out of each of those passes, putting them on rotation (i.e, C1S7 month in 2025 you'd get lynx, trog, sgt winter and ice king, then in 2026 it'd be a different mini pass with zenith, onsie, powder and prisoner, then look each 10 month cycle) Plus doing the 2 edit styles + 1 or 2 colour swaps would mean, instead of making new styles for every battle pass skins, at least 1, sometimes more than 1 would stay exclusive i.e, one of the C1S7 'legacy' passes could have Lynx base, then Lynx in her full suit, and then bonus rewards has her red or blue style, leaving the other and the fully black as unique colours, alongside the unique styles of the half suit, lightless suit and tail-less suit. This would split each pass into 2, meaning more money for epic, make it 'harder' to get the items as easy (not available every 10 months, but every 20) still keep a bunch of styles and other things exclusive from the pass or the challenges in the pass to keep the people who need exclusive stuff to feel validated or valued happy, and mean people who want them can get the old skins. In fact i did some (mediocre at best) editing to make a whole C1S7 mini pass. The funniest thing was after posting it having people telling me to 'stop obsessing over pixels i don't have or go spend thousands on an account'.... when i have all the C1S7 pass?, almost every other time limited item, and like 60?% of the item shop stuff from that season, i just think others should have access to this stuff too.

It would greatly benefit the playerbase to introduce the old skins to a new audience that Fortnite has captivated through what has majority recently been only collab sets. As an OG I would like them to experience what made people fall in love with Fortnite in the first place over seeing my favorite game being turned into a late stage capitalist nightmare.

I personally was late to Chapter 1 Season 3, and so I bought out the pass to unlock the Reaper skin before the season ended, and if they were to bring the pass back, I would have wasted a bunch of money, and that would make me very unhappy.
