Her father was a legendary singer in Italy. Unfortunately he passed away in 2014, during a concert. In the 4th Sanremo night, Angelina made him a tribute. Io ho sempre seguito Mango, mi è sempre piaciuto e le canzoni mi hanno sempre accompagnato. Proprio per questo so che non veniva considerato molto, perché io lo seguivo, ma erano in pochi a farlo oltre a me. Magari la sua bravura era nota ai più, ma non era acclamato o considerato come altri (ti nomino, solo per farti capire a cosa mi riferisco, Pino Daniele, che poi è morto un mese dopo Mango). Dopo la sua morte si è iniziato a parlare di più di Mango, di quanto mancasse alla musica italiana. Quindi sì, considerando il significato originale e soprattutto anglosassone del termine "popular" (liked or admired by many people or by a particular person or group, for example in the sentence "she was one of the most popular girls in the school"), confermo quello che ho scritto.

Last female to represent Italy at Eurovision was Francesca Michielin, in 2016. Eight years ago! Thank God we've got Angelina this year - as much as I think Marco Mengoni is a sweetheart and a great artist, I was already annoyed last year that he was yet another man sent to represent Italy. That said, I would have loved Annalisa to win as well and I hope, sooner or later, that Italy will send Madame, Elodie or La rappresentante di lista (all great female singers!).

I really love this entry. Her sass and spunk gives me life as does her amazing fashion and looks, it is really a testament towards how charismatic she is to how she can fill the stage like that, her vocals are incredible, I love her facial expressions, the lighting is incredible, the staging is really not the most expensive but it does the job spectacularly and the performance completely fits the song. This song is so different and stands out for Italy’s history in ESC, the song has an incredible big sound that really suits her, the best is amazing, the chorus is catchy, the instrumental is so fast and good, I love the chaos of the arrangement but how it somehow al let’s drawn together like that, I love that a Capella part, I love that the lyrics are so deep when the sound is so fun (it is pretty much about how the boring and negative bits in life help spice it up more because they allow you to feel the good and fun), hoe they make it worth living), her voice is incredible and the song is a total bop. Completely amazing and perfect for me in almost every facet. This is what Eurovision about, being deep while having a complete and utter party. This is a strong 10/10 for me and I will undoubtedly stream this on repeat.

It's a really good song and it can go well in Eurovision. Last year the winner was basically known from the start as Marco Mengoni was way above the rest but this year there were quite a few good songs that could have won, so it wasn't so sure until the end that she would win. I am happy she did.
