Thanks for your video. Marco is the most beautiful male voice we have in Italy, he is known as a very sweet, sensitive and emotional guy, which makes him even more special. During the Festival he had a fever and sinusitis, despite this he sang wonderfully! ❤️ I think the same as you about his style. His outfit is Italian high fashion, they were inspired by the 90s Versace collection, because the chords of the song are 80s 90s style and so it's all connected and I would say very sexy too 😂 The songs presented in Sanremo are meant to be the best Italian song and not for Eurovision, where a different style often prevails (funny/trash songs), but this is real music and he could win. The song is about the inner conflict we all struggle with, that's why he feels the song very much in his heart while singing it. The text speaks of two parts of the same person, the conscious and the unconscious that talk to each other, the life of dreams that collides with that of reality (just "Due vite", "two lives"). Truly a deep and emotional meaning, a beautiful music that together with the text take the audience into a dreamlike scenario. Furthermore Marco is an excellent interpreter, this makes the difference and makes this song perfect, because he transmits all the emotions to the audience that watches and listens to him, even to a foreign audience that does not understand the Italian language and this says everything about what a great artist is Marco.

Ciò che sarebbe molto strano a dir la verità. Perché tutti si aspettano, proprio a livello internazionale, che porti questa canzone con cui ha vinto il festival di Sanremo. Altrimenti sarebbe non solo una grande sorpresa, ma una delusione per molti, se all’improvviso si presenta lì con un’altra canzone. Basta solo sentire i commenti che fanno qui questi che su KZbin fanno le “reactions”, riguardo appunto questa canzone.

@@sacotafiruta2348 Sul “troppo Sanremese” (e quindi se vogliamo troppo italiana) un sacco di gente qui da varie nazioni è di tutta altra opinione. Perché sottolineano proprio l’autenticità degli artisti italiani quando vanno all’Eurovision, proprio per il fatto che in Italia si fanno canzoni per Sanremo e quindi per l’Italia e non pensando all’Eurovision. E questo fino adesso ha fatto sì che l’Italia si trovasse sempre nella top ten della classifica finale dell’Eurovision. Molte nazioni invece che fanno delle manifestazioni canore appositamente per scegliere il cantante e il pezzo da portare all’Eurovision (penso ad esempio alla Germania qui dove io vivo) si ritrovano invece da anni spesso in fondo alla classifica.

ANOTHER WASTED OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE FOREIGNERS’ PERSPECTIVE ABOUT ITALY. Cenere by Lazza was a much better choice, as much as many other brilliant Sanremo songs. It has a BOMB of a production by Dardust, and it’s obviously 10 times more anjoyabme than Due Vite. Elodie and Madame were not bad picks, too . I totally respect and admire Marco, but this is just another basic ballad with no production at all. We are the “pizza mafia slow ballads country” according to the European audience, we could show them it is not true at all but we just don’t care much about that. The song we send to ESC should be INDEPENDENT from Sanremo, because press boomers always vote for outdated tunes!

Who cares about their opinion though? It would be really lame to choose a song just because you think it'll meet the taste of some random belgian. Also Eurovision votes are super unpredictable (see Salvador Sobral's win)
