I agree simon ur doing fab and remember every person has some sort of uncomfortable relationship with food so try just make food ur friend and for health instead of punishment. enjoy every moment of ur new life

It's amazing when you can overcome anorexia.. I know howthe calories count is I still do it . Seeing you become a success at it gives me hope one day I can do the same old habits are hard to break. Where are you. Moving to in the usa Simon I'd love to meet up for a meal some day.
