Hey... Can you please tell me that is it easy process like can I assure myself to study in Italy? As some people say it depends on luck to get a visa and imat registration.

Yes it's depends on luck sometimes 😅 but if you have proper documentations and all,you can expect Visa 85-90 % .... Also this year consulate doesn't give direct rejections they give you first pre refusal letter, then you can submit required documents. But I suggest you to keep backup plan of Latvia, Lithuania or Germany or any other country of your choice. But if you get Visa then it may be life changing. It's worth giving a try but with a proper backup plan

Bro it depends on how many working days are consumed ( sat-sun and public holidays excluding) and also it depends if dov and visa applied at same time. It takes approximately 1.5 month's to get visa these days.
