Great work! I actually think there would be a lot of convergence on the 15 San Leonardo in this line up. I haven’t got to the 15 yet, but look forward to it! The 2004 for me remains the most remarkable vintage to date. I used to reach for the 04s, in various bottle sizes, when I craved Bordeaux.

I haven't tasted San Leonardo or Saffredi yet but regarding Carolina I still can't forget the first time I've tasted it in 2004 and imidiately ordered 10 cases at stunning 12 eur per bottle price. Sadly now is just like Gabrielle's song "Out of reach".
