Panchakki Aurangabad full history briefly.
Panchakki, It's also known as the water mill, this is historical structure in Aurangabad, Maharashtra India. Built in the َseventeenth century by a Sufi saint name was Baba Shah Musafir, it served both as flour mill and an intricate water supply systems but primary purpose was generatez energy through water flows. The mill is situated near the dargah of Baba Shah Musafir and is great in in architectural and engineering features reflects the medieval water arrangements techniques in the areas.
It was serve both as a flour mill & an intricate water supply systems & The major aim was to generate power through water flow, connecting with a problematic underground channel.
An underground water flows 6 km away from Panchakki, which is a tributaries of Harsul River is a source of steady waters supply to this structures & is transported by earthen pipes. The Only can imagine pure genius & predictable of the construction plans of these marvels. What a noteworthy is that even the target of the building Panchakki were sheers utilities , the prettiness of it is not limited in the least.
There is a massive banyan tree, almost 600 years old, which stand tall by Panchakki.
