I tried same method as taught in this video ... and it was awesome. My dad love this gatte ki sabji bt earlier we were cooking with other method so that gatta remained hard bt this time it was yummmmm. I also tries soya balls sabji both wer tooo good . You are a life saver. I usually am good at making gatte but thing is I have my lucky days and bad days to make them turn out the way they should be. One of my friend always craves for my handmade gatte and now as she is pregnant, those cravings are even more so I try that I should be able to make perfect gatte for her.
