Hello everyone me Rajasthan se hu. Besan Gatte ki sabzi ki maze ki baat ye hai ki jab 2 months pehle online classes chal rahi thi (filhal hum log school jaa rahe hai) aur mummy ye sabzi banati thi to me online classes ke break mein kitchen mein jaa kar chupke se sabzi mein se (mummy tari wale aur bina tari vali sabzi banati hai) Gatte nikal nikal kar khati thi. Ye sabzi really bahut achi lagti hai

Being south indians from coastal region, our diet is mainly non vegetarian..but thanks to KZbin , we have fallen in love with vegetarian cuisine especially north Indian..so when I saw your notification yesterday for gatta curry I was explaining to my husband about Rajasthani cuisine ,like their dishes include dal n dahi as key ingredients etc..and also told him gatta is like sausages made from besan and can be used in different ways similar to sausages..lol.
