बेसन - ३/४ कप​
लाल मिर्च पाउडर -१+१.५ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच​​
धनिया पाउडर - १/२ + २ छोटा चम्मच​
नमक - १/४ + १ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा - १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच​
अजवाईन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
देशी घी - २ + ३ चम्मच​
दही - १ कप​
लहसुन - ५ से ६ कलियां
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च​
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - २, कटे हुए
धिनया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

Gram flour - ¾ cup
Red Chilli powder - 1 + 1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ + ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds powder - ½ + 2 tsp
Salt- ¼ + 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ + 1 tsp
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Desi Ghee - 2 + 3 table spoon
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Onion (medium size) - 2, chopped
Coriander leaves (chopped)
