Showroom is not ready to stick to booking price. Showroom has notified that regardless of current price at the time of booking, invoice will be generated according to prices at the time of delivery. This is a malpractice in my view. Has anyone experienced this?

You can take them to court if you booked the car at a certain price you should get price protection For example we book a flat in a building we dont pay the remaining amount based on the current value of market it is always paid on the price it was booked

Bahi hum ne 5 Dec ko book ki thi on on road price 6 Lack 25 thousand me book hui thi but Today is 11 May not got our car.Today 11 May dealer call us and said us we will give you your car but on increase price . everyweek we call the dealer to gave the car but the dealer makes esques for giving. Now the price going high up and I don't want to give them high prices what can I do. Give me some suggestions

Same issu. We have book 2nd December. But not delivery yet. We book punch pure deal on 6.32 lacks . Now we deside censal booking. And call sales man. Than he reply you take pure rethym and give increase price. No price protection. If you submit query where . Plz tell me . What is rectified? Or not ?
