For last 2 to 3 yrs the ITC LTD is on positive way of promotion.But it is not measured to it's TRUE value by the boards.What is important for benefit of shareholders of this company is that BAT has to be eliminated from its shareholdings and management and then only this rut in this co. Is eliminated. They floated ITC Bhadracham paper and ITC hotels and they subsequently merged it.I lost money on this polemics by the company.Investirs were cheated.

Be aware ! The ITC Hotel might face multiple lower circuits. All Index funds and large caps has to sell without a choice 😢

Who can take part in price discovery? Suppose a retail investor seeks to buy 100 ITCH shares at upper circuit at the end of 3rd session should (s)he be compelled to buy if there are no sellers. Conversely for the amount committed will he be credited shares -by whom and how? In case the demand at UC is more than 40% of the holdings entitled to ITC will it sell its holdings if no retailer or dii/fii does not pare.
