My personal opinion : 1. Leela Palace food too good donuts way better than any hotel in Chennai I have stayed and even better than fast foods like Krispy Kreme and Dunkin’ donuts . Bakery items too good ( ITC only milk shake was good , bakery items pathetic , the rest not bad but bad for the rate you pay ) My kids who are very choosy eaters had a blast in Leela !! Trust me 👍 2. ITC Chola accommodation top notch 👍 3. ITC Chola swimming pool had a more controlled shower pre swimming routine unlike the xtra chill shower in Leela . 4. We had a very sarcastic receptionist in Leela Palace . Luckily my composure helped me deal with him wisely and avoid paying an extra unnecessary 3000 security deposit. 5. Leela palace rest room not close to ITC Chola .( ITC Chola way better ) 6. Leela Palace Tvs don’t support KZbin and they have too less fire stick to provide all and my kids had a tough time whereas ITC was the opposite . My kids could easily access KZbin 👍

You are a typical Indian. Any where you go to star hotels no one receives you like that. Simply they check you in. Go out side India and see that. You are very local.
