Cisco or Juniper can't but MikroTik router can participate in more than one BGP ASN/Process/Instance. In this video while you tried to create second instance of BGP there was an error because of the Router-ID of both instances were same (both were NULL). If Router-IDs are different among the Instances then there would be no error.
