I agree. The only thing I would change about this is the rosemary. The study on rosemary is very vague and has caught on as one of the go-tos when it isn't necessarily true (which equates to wasted money). If any of you men are focusing on hair loss or hair upkeep, get Finasteride or oral Minoxidil.

I rarely comment on videos but this one is just perfect. Your fragrance recommendations are great, skincare brands and suggestions were perfect, grooming tips were just right. Just subscribed to your channel 👏 To those who say this isn’t cheap, it definitely isn’t, but you slowly start and build your essentials. Definitely doable over 3-6 months and then just replace as and when.

Another type for guys that have issues with razor burn and bumps is to use a safety razor. It's a single blade, blades cost less than 30 cents each (whole back $3), its a super close shave and I never have any irritation. Takes awhile to master the safety razor but it will save your skin and wallet👍🏼 Let's all shoot to reach our maximum potential lads

I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the icepack, I use a deep-pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser. Then a honey-almond bodyscrub, and on the face, an exfoliating gel-scrub.Then I apply an herb mint facial masque, which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

awesome guide. another thing i can add is, if lets say gym is not your thing or its alot more expensive in your area, calisthenics/ oody weight workouts are great as well. Take the time and effort or all these guides/tips, its not a one night miracle or even a one month miracle. Confidence is all about you being comfortable with yourself. Experiment around for fragrances, skincare products, styling etc. If you are already going to the store to buy a fragrance, why not try a few testers. If you found something you like, get it. If youre unsure then get the one you already have in mind, and take note of what you might want to get next time. Your skin is yours, find what works for your skin and what doesnt. Though it will take a week or 2 to really see the results, just cus you are breaking out, does not mean the item does not work, it could be that your skin barrier has weakened and thus, the product did not work as intended. Remember all these things takes time. and already doing this, taking the time to find products and watch videos is already considered as effort. Not every day will you feel good about yourself and maybe you think its not worth the hassle. but always look back at the beginning and know that you have changed for the better. For yourself.

A lot of the items mentioned here are pieces you will buy only once in many years or months and many others can be replaced with budget versions that will still work great. The idea is to have a good hygene routine, be diligent and take good care of yourself overall 👍🏻 the $1000 is not to be spent on monthly basis, if you buy budget friendly items (sunscreen, cleanser, moisturizer) it can def be way lower

Find a weekly routine that works for you. Best one for beginners is either full-body three times a week, or upper-lower four times a week. Once youve been working out consistently for a year or two and have moved past beginner gains, then you should switch to push-pull legs. But whatever you do, stick to it. The worse thing you can do though is just give up and stop, since you will lose all the gains you made fairly fast.
@filetmignon9978
@filetmignon9978 9 ай бұрын
Don't get a trainer. The key is to start it off in a SUSTAINABLE way. So don't say: "I'll go every day for the next two months now". That is not sustainable. Especially for a beginner. Start off slow instead. Do 3 a week if it works. And just stick to that for a good month or two. If you want to up it, most people that go regularly go 5-6 times a week. If you overdo it at the beginning it is much easier to run out of steam and give up, feeling overwhelmed.

Quick note on rosemary oil. You need to dilute it to a carrier oil, unless you are using a pre diluted product like Mielle. I would also avoid buying rosemary off amazon and instead go with a reputable company that is tested, like Eden’s Garden. They have great quality Essential oils and carrier oils. Also, for dilution, it’s best to stay at 2-3% (12-18 drops of rosemary into 30ml or carrier oil). For use, apply 2-3x week (1ml or less), leave it on for 3 hours and then wash it off.

What we guys really need to keep fresh are these key things IMO: - Frequent blood, skin and sexual health checkups. - Monthly barbershop and aesthetician make-over (with maintenance visits at a frequency of your liking depending on hair growth rate) - Hygiene routine, doesn't have to be expensive and involved but it must be thorough enough to cover all basics and keep you clean all day. - Avoid a sedentary lifestyle, you can even just go for a long walk. - Find something in life that gives you drive and keeps you smiling. Using those facial muscles will make you more attractive, even in your own eyes. Feeling fulfilled is like living on autopilot. It's never about money as much as it is about being smart with your self-care. You can spend millions and still look like the Penguin. Great vid Brandon, cheers!

I strongly suggest you use creatine monohydrate. It tends to be cheaper and more effective and almost all body builders and profesionals would suggest it over the other forms.

Great advice. For me, TRT has been the biggest thing to regain my confidence and muscle mass. But I was actually hypogonadal and needed it.

Bro it’s honestly such a blessing to not be able to grow facial hair. My whole life I was like you Brandon I couldn’t ever grow a beard, but ever since I turned 25 my beard comes in thick and fast. I’m now 27 and my stubble comes in a day. I have half a beard in like 4 days. I rock a clean shaven look and I miss the old deals where it was easy
