I agree. The only thing I would change about this is the rosemary. The study on rosemary is very vague and has caught on as one of the go-tos when it isn't necessarily true (which equates to wasted money). If any of you men are focusing on hair loss or hair upkeep, get Finasteride or oral Minoxidil.

Washing your skin regularly improves its appearance. Apply a good facial wash to wash your face twice every day. I recommend only riiceberry face wash by litlextrra because it has the correct pH balance and is very gentle. This prevents pimples and gives my skin a glowing and improved appearance throughout the day. Having juicy fruits assists retain moisture and keep your skin's health. Using Vitamin c serum additionally enhances skin tone. Do these consistently and observe the outcomes on your own.

Initially, I had a dry skin and after changing my skincare routine, I have combination skin but still searching for a good face wash. So after searching over hundred reviews n reels on this rice berry face wash by Littlle Extraa, I got this and can surely say why this one is on everyone's hand coz it's so gentle & creamy, soap and fragrance-free. It washes out skin without drying even for a little and trust me, it also leaves that natural glow on your skin so I am in love this face wash. Of course, within my budget, so yes, it's a big thumbs up for simple. Won't change this ever.

I have been using this face wash - rice berry by liittleextra and I'm so much satisfied with the effects. The face wash has a gentle transparent texture and a gentle fragrance. It lathers well and cleanses the skin thoroughly. It gets rid of dirt, oil, and makeup without needing dehydrating the skin. The face wash includes natural elements such as black rice water and white mulberry that aid to lighten the skin and decrease dark spots. The face wash also enhances the skin texture and leaves it smooth and smooth. The face wash is suitable for all skin types and doesn't cause any redness or allergy. The face wash comes in a convenient pump bottle packaging that is effortless to use and carry.

I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the icepack, I use a deep-pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser. Then a honey-almond bodyscrub, and on the face, an exfoliating gel-scrub.Then I apply an herb mint facial masque, which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

What we guys really need to keep fresh are these key things IMO: - Frequent blood, skin and sexual health checkups. - Monthly barbershop and aesthetician make-over (with maintenance visits at a frequency of your liking depending on hair growth rate) - Hygiene routine, doesn't have to be expensive and involved but it must be thorough enough to cover all basics and keep you clean all day. - Avoid a sedentary lifestyle, you can even just go for a long walk. - Find something in life that gives you drive and keeps you smiling. Using those facial muscles will make you more attractive, even in your own eyes. Feeling fulfilled is like living on autopilot. It's never about money as much as it is about being smart with your self-care. You can spend millions and still look like the Penguin. Great vid Brandon, cheers!

A lot of the items mentioned here are pieces you will buy only once in many years or months and many others can be replaced with budget versions that will still work great. The idea is to have a good hygene routine, be diligent and take good care of yourself overall 👍🏻 the $1000 is not to be spent on monthly basis, if you buy budget friendly items (sunscreen, cleanser, moisturizer) it can def be way lower

awesome guide. another thing i can add is, if lets say gym is not your thing or its alot more expensive in your area, calisthenics/ oody weight workouts are great as well. Take the time and effort or all these guides/tips, its not a one night miracle or even a one month miracle. Confidence is all about you being comfortable with yourself. Experiment around for fragrances, skincare products, styling etc. If you are already going to the store to buy a fragrance, why not try a few testers. If you found something you like, get it. If youre unsure then get the one you already have in mind, and take note of what you might want to get next time. Your skin is yours, find what works for your skin and what doesnt. Though it will take a week or 2 to really see the results, just cus you are breaking out, does not mean the item does not work, it could be that your skin barrier has weakened and thus, the product did not work as intended. Remember all these things takes time. and already doing this, taking the time to find products and watch videos is already considered as effort. Not every day will you feel good about yourself and maybe you think its not worth the hassle. but always look back at the beginning and know that you have changed for the better. For yourself.

Quick note on rosemary oil. You need to dilute it to a carrier oil, unless you are using a pre diluted product like Mielle. I would also avoid buying rosemary off amazon and instead go with a reputable company that is tested, like Eden’s Garden. They have great quality Essential oils and carrier oils. Also, for dilution, it’s best to stay at 2-3% (12-18 drops of rosemary into 30ml or carrier oil). For use, apply 2-3x week (1ml or less), leave it on for 3 hours and then wash it off.

How much are your parents willing to help with? My parents agreed to pay for my skincare and just basic grooming stuff. If you tell your dad you need to start shaving he'll probably get you set up. Skincare is iffy if they'll pay for it. Mine did but I understand people have different parents and incomes. A home remedy you can try is salt water. Just googles saltwater acne and makes it yourself at home and steals your mom's moisturizers (I bet a million bucks she has one). For the gym, you could try asking your parents for that too because a lot of fathers I think would take you up on that but if that doesn't work just get some basic equipment and make a home set up and hit calisthenics and basic dumbbell and barbell exercises. This won't help long term but it's at least a way you can start making some gains. For hair honestly, all you need is a decent product and a blow dryer assuming your parents pay for your haircuts. You can probably just swipe your mom's blow dryer and American Crew is a good product that costs like $20 and should last you at least a month and a half. Don't worry about getting a manicure set. Just clipping your nails is perfectly fine. Use baking soda to whiten your teeth which I guarantee you already have at home. Keep grinding bro. Hope this helps.

Hmm bar soap might work out for a lot of men But there's a lot of men who struggle with underlying skin conditions such as dry skin, acne prone skin, sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis etc. For that even a hydrating bar soap directed towards sensitive skin might not be effective. Having a cleanser from good brands such as cerave or the ordinary really has great ingredients such as niancimide, sacyllic acid and ceramides that protect and hydrate the skin barrier while removing excess sebum from the outermost layer of your skin. A sunscreen is also important as UV rays dry out your skin , it stops radiation causing cancer but idk about that since 80% of men don't use sunscreen are completely fine . Anyway I used to be very closed minded towards skincare as a whole. But my skin ended up horrible. Now I have an 11 step skincare routine and my skin has never been better. But every man's built different.
