Nice video! I always thought the ultra-spicy spray from Pikmin would work well. Maybe a bottle that if you pick up and activate your character glows red (like Xerneas' effect minus the golden color) and has a speed + attack boost and a damage reduction. Btw, a video idea, how about you rank the assist trophy characters (like Burrowing snagret, Waluigi, Dr. Wily, the squid sisters) from least to most useful? It'll be kinda neat to see. Or maybe a pokeball pokemon summon ranking ;3;

Amy Rose is very improbable as a playable character but her Pico Pico hammer could substitute the golden hammer, which, let's admit, is a broken version of the Donkey Kong hammer. As we all know the main perk of the Pico Pico hammer is it can change size to reflect the fury of the one holding it. So in Smash it could become bigger during a smash attack, becoming bigger than Bowser and King Krok Rool on the peak of it's size. Another interesting item, Namco allowing it, would be the Souledge. Working as in its game this eyed sword would hurt very much, curing at the same time the one holding it proportionally to the inflicted damage, with the price of damaging its holder when it doesn't hit anything. The Pico Pico Hammer and the Souledge would work in kind of opposite ways, with the first causing less damage but pushing the opponent very far away, and the second causing a lot more damage but not pushing the opponent very far.

If Dr. Mario gets cut, Dr. Mario's capsules could become items: Once thrown they open and release a virus of the opposite color. So yellow-blue capsules release a red virus, blue-red capsules release a yellow virus and red-yellow capsules release a blue virus. If the capsule hits a opponent whe thrown, the virus will attach to them, sucking their energy. But if the capsules hits the ground or a wall, the virus will start wondering around, attaching to the nearest player, including even the one that threw the capsule. The three viruses could also have different statistcs in term of speed, damage and resistance.

These were great item ideas, I'd probably want *Speed Shoes* from Sonic to be added as an item *also great choice in background music, I literally added all the music used in this video to my playlist* 💀

Metal Gear has some good item ideas: Stealth Camo: this can replace the invisibility cloaking device that was in Melee Cassette Player: in Metal Gear 2 MSX there was a cassette player you could find that would play the National Anthem for the region you were sneaking in, it would stop enemy guards in their place and you could sneak by them, in smash this would basically stop each opponent in their place (and they salute too MGS style) for the 10-15 seconds the song plays Magazines: in MGS2 you can use playboy type magazines to distract guards, in Smash you throw this at the enemy and they look at the book for 7 seconds or so.

How about a item system like Diddy Kong Racing? Where you can collect two of the same item to level them up, and three of the same item to level them up to the third power.
