Grew up listening to all if not most of them and literally still do to this day. Its REAL rap. the beats are well thought out, and so are the lyrics. I also see more action out if these guys than northern rappers just TALKING about it. I feel they are a lot harder than them and have a lot more respect towards others. You die in memphis, there probably was a reason.

There's a few rumors that say at the top of the pyramid there was a crystal skull + u know, it's a damn pyramid man. Hella artists from Memphis used it as a symbol on their songs and album covers, an example of that is Mr.Tinimaine - 19 tine 5 album
