I am both too fat and too broke for any gothic brands. So i just go for flowy. Bell sleeved. And of course black garments (mostly maxi length) from Primark - only in Autumn because its all absurdly bright and floral during the summer months. I spend more on jewellry and accesories though

Tanya Zumstein i have thrifted a few steals (including a restyle-sp? bag for £3) but most of my DIY stuff has a more decontructed, chains and safety pins kinda look. One of my favourite diy more trad-ish (idk im 18 i dont know too much about the 70s and 80s despite doing research) is a plain black tee shirt that i painted a ribcage on with bleach and a pair of jeans that have chains right down the sides

Voltaire has some brilliant ideas and they are really easy to do, and most importantly... cheap. You can go the really expensive way of course, but his projects are really easy to adapt if you don't have much money (like me!)

Can't wait for the WGT to start! I'm a Leipzig native and the time of the year when the whole city suddenly turns black for a few days was always magical for me. Always attended in some way and now I can really attend and can still sleep in my own bed. It's awesome to have such a huge festival in your own home city. I feel you on the "cone shaped". I'm super skinny af but with a hour glass figure. Most companies didn't get the memo that skinny people can have big boobs and hips as well. It's so frustrating to buy clothes sometimes especially online. I also have wider shoulders and have burst out of blouses and dresses in the last few years.

Thanks for addressing the sizes in some of these. Usually you don't in your clothing videos and it's very helpful to know about the sizing and if a company runs small or not. Also, tall people usually have to size up even if they don't look a certain size or generally fit into a smaller size because the garment will usually run shorter in length the smaller the size. So no shame in that, I know the struggle all too well.

The jacket is actually super flattering on you. It does emphasis your shoulders but in a good way, it’s a nice strong look. You should see how many designers make shoulder pads and strong shoulders. It’s very high fashionish. Also, it brings out your curves very well by where it’s buttoned. Looks great.
