In all seriousness, the Skeleton Crew boots look great to me, but I work in a place that sells shoes and boots (almost exclusively platformed) to a clientele that pole-dances for a living, and these might do well, depending upon how we could price them. Hey girl I know you had your collar bones pierced with surface bars, as a lot of surface piercings do they grow out. I was thinking since you like those piercings, you could always do dermals where you had the surface bars at :) that way it gives the illusion of the bars but the dermal would hopefully stay in.
