8:20 - A small correction: the Pastel de Nata was not invented by monks, that would be the Pastel de Belém. No one knows for sure who created the Pastel de Nata, all we know is that it was created to try to replicate the Pastel de Belém but since the latter has a secret recipe, it made the Pastel de Nata just a look-alike pastry made with different ingredients.

Thank you for your vídeo about ours wonderful dishes...i´m from Porto...come here one day and taste other divinal plates as " francesinha" tripas á moda do Porto" invented when portuguese went to discoveries around the world and they took away the meat and we with the tripe and a tasty dish with beans and tripi was born...
